All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.


Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • Original tags attached

  • Original packaging included

  • Proof of purchase required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.


How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

If approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Return instructions

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


Limited Drops & Collectibles (IMPORTANT)

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Limited-edition releases

  • Collectibles or numbered items

  • Archive drops

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

All limited items are quality-checked prior to shipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To change sizes or items:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once approved


Refunds

Approved refunds:

  • Are issued to the original payment method

  • Process within 10 business days

  • Exclude original shipping costs

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post funds.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from our store, you agree to:

  • Contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute

  • Provide reasonable time for resolution

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Refund denial

  • Permanent account restriction

This policy complies with Shopify Payments and Stripe dispute guidelines.


EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days, provided items are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Tagged and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Limited-edition and collectible items remain final sale, where legally permitted.
