Thank you for shopping with YD EPEREL. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after processing hours, on weekends, or during peak release periods may require additional processing time.

During limited drops, processing times may be extended due to order volume.


Shipping Method

We ship all orders using UPS.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

YD EPEREL is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • UPS carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be:

  • Subject to reshipping fees, or

  • Refunded minus original shipping costs

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

YD EPEREL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS confirms delivery.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact UPS directly using your tracking number

We recommend shipping to a secure location.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or brokerage fees

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at shop@ydeperel.store within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns must be approved before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
