Products, Drops & Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be released as limited-edition, collectibles, archive, or small-batch drops.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

  • Update pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time

Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation across all devices.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you authorize YD EPEREL to charge your selected payment method through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or other approved processors.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed for unauthorized resale.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

YD EPEREL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key terms include:

  • A 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, with original tags and packaging

  • Limited-edition items, collectibles, archive drops, custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale, where permitted by law

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery.

Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different size or item, customers must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after approval.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from YD EPEREL, you agree to:

  • Allow reasonable time for investigation and resolution

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that violate our posted policies may result in:

  • Refund denial

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent account or purchasing restriction

We actively dispute chargebacks in accordance with Shopify Payments and Stripe guidelines.
